Psychosocial Empowerment

Promoting personal growth, self-confidence, and overall well-being

HRN Ukraine Football Match

Refugees, asylum-seekers, and migrants who move to a new country require protection and support for their mental health and psychosocial well-being.

Psychosocial empowerment is essential for promoting their well-being, fostering social inclusion, reducing vulnerability, enhancing decision-making capabilities, empowering relationships, driving social change, and cultivating long-term resilience.

An inclusive approach that guarantees the availability and accessibility of psychosocial support for all migrants (irrespective of their status) and their host communities can contribute to positive social, economic and cultural outcomes for migrants, their families, communities and society.

Our psychosocial intervention programs teach individuals about psychosocial care, psychological first aid, and self-care.

We use a combination of theoretical and practical approaches to deliver inclusive and culturally sensitive psychosocial support for our target group.
