GUTS is a dynamic youth exchange program that allows young individuals from Germany, Turkey and Spain to leverage the key elements of sports and physical activities to build physical and mental resilience and make positive changes for themselves and others in their communities.

🏋️‍♀️Interactive workshops and sports-based activities

🔥Learn strategies for self-mastery, empowerment, and emotional resilience

🤸‍♂️Intercultural evenings and team-building activities

🥏Boost your intercultural competence and connect with peers across Europe

💰 Costs:
Accommodation, travel ticket and meals: Fully covered by Erasmus+

Travel reimbursement: Up to €250 for participants from Germany

Participation fee: Free

Service fee (Participants based in Germany only): €50 (refundable after full participation; non-refundable in case of no-show)

Conditions for participation

You can apply if:

• You are a resident of Germany, Turkey and Spain
• You are 18-25 years old
• You are interested in sports, mental health, and resilience.
• You are willing to learn and share in a multicultural group
• You have good knowledge of the English Language (Minimum B1)
