Social Media Manager (Intern, MiniJob and Work Student)

Do you feel at home on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & Co. and love generating creative content? We are looking for you!

  • You will design a social media strategy for the organisation
  • You will independently design and produce creative social media contents and implement target group-orientated content marketing campaigns (stories, reels, posts, etc.).
  • You will be responsible for the operational management of social media accounts, answering DMs and comments and expanding our cooperation network.
  • You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and evaluating social media activities.
  • You will work closely with our project management and communications team and develop ideas for new social media formats and community building.
  • You will support our teams with communication at our own events and can also create editorial articles that go beyond social media formats.
  • You passionate about content creation and social media.
  • You have gained initial experience in the field of social media and knowledge of community management.
  • You have acquired education and knowledge in relevant field.
  • You are familiar with current trends and innovative formats.
  • You have a strong hands-on mentality.
  • You are particularly creative and have a very good feel for written language as well as an eye for layout and design.
  • You enjoy researching the above topics relevant to the organisation and contribute this to content creation.
  • You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ideally, you already have some experience with Canva, Photoshop or comparable image editing programmes.
  • A position as a working student with 10-20 hours/week or minijob or an internship position based on your needs in our young, motivated and international team

Project Assistant (Intern, MiniJob and Work Student)

  • Support the timely implementation of projects
  • Management of Internal and external communication
  • Preparation and follow-up of meetings and presentations
  • Manage the prepration of project report in collabroation with the project management team
