Social Media Manager Executive (f/m/d) – Mandatory 6 Months Unpaid Internship
Do you feel at home on social media such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube & Co. and love generating creative content? We are looking for you!
- You will design a social media strategy for the organisation
- You will independently design and produce creative social media contents and implement target group-orientated content marketing campaigns (stories, reels, posts, etc.).
- You will be responsible for the operational management of social media accounts, answering DMs and comments and expanding our cooperation network.
- You will be responsible for monitoring, analysing and evaluating social media activities.
- You will work closely with our project management and communications team and develop ideas for new social media formats and community building.
- You will support our teams with communication at our own events and can also create editorial articles that go beyond social media formats.
- You passionate about content creation and social media.
- You have gained initial experience in the field of social media and knowledge of community management.
- You have acquired education and knowledge in relevant field.
- You are familiar with current trends and innovative formats.
- You have a strong hands-on mentality.
- You are particularly creative and have a very good feel for written language as well as an eye for layout and design.
- You enjoy researching the above topics relevant to the organisation and contribute this to content creation.
- You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ideally, you already have some experience with Canva, Photoshop or comparable image editing programmes.
- The role is initially a 6-month unpaid student mandatory internship with the possibility of paid employment after the internship.

Project Assistant (f/m/d) – Mandatory 6 Months Unpaid Internship
We are seeking enthusiastic, dedicated students to work with us on ambitious projects.
- What to expect:
• You support us in planning and implementing weekly exchange & interaction offers for our target groups, e.g., creative workshops, networking events, conferences, workshops, and language & exchange cafes.
••You implement all project-dependent administrative tasks, including mobilization of participants, preparation of meeting room, communication with facilitators, and documentation of project outcomes.
•You work with the Project management team to ensure the full and unhindered implementation of the project.
- Although still a student at university, you are looking to gain some professional experience in project management in Non-profit field.
- You are engaging, empathetic, and friendly, with an active social life.
- You can work systematically, flexibly, independently and responsibly.
- You have strong communication skills.
- Good with English and German
- Impressive team spirit
- A high level of personal responsibility and self-discipline
- Experience with MS Office, Google Workspace and a project management tool.
