Yoga and Paint
You asked for it — Yoga & Paint is happening! 🎨🧘🏾♀️
So many of you have reached out after our past sessions:
“I wish there was something that helped me actually slow down — not another thing to check off, just something for me.”
We heard you. So we put two things that do exactly that in one room: yoga and painting.
This isn’t a class where you need to be flexible or artistic. It’s an invitation to give yourself time — to stretch out the tension you’ve been carrying, and then let your hands do something with no goal except to feel good. No critique, no “getting it right.” Just breath, color, and a bit of quiet that a lot of us don’t get enough of.
We wanted to build something that felt like a real reset, not another thing on your to-do list. So here it is.
