The R.E.L.A.X. Project (Reimagine Emotional Learning Across Xenocultures) aims to address the increasing need for inclusive and intercultural approaches to youth mental health and emotional well-being.
By leveraging youth work practices, the project focuses on empowering young people with emotional learning tools while fostering intercultural understanding and community building.

Costs

All costs for accommodation, travel ticket and food are covered by the program.

Conditions for participation

You can apply if:

  • You are a resident of Germany, Latvia, Italy, Romania, and Turkey
  • You are 16-27 years old
  • You are interested in the topic of mental health and emotional well being
  • You are willing to be a part of a multicultural group
  • You have good knowledge of the English Language (Minimum B1)
