Stress Management Workshop – Part II

New Year! No Stress!
Nowadays, life can be very stressful. In her Workshop “Stress Management for a Balanced Mental Health, “ Julia Fischer-Ortman talks about issues in our everyday lives that cause stress for us and our bodies. She explains how our body can help us identify different kinds of stress and how we can bring our body and soul into a good balance. Small exercises to reduce stress will be presented. At the end, we will discuss what we need to feel good and healthy.


About the Trainer

Julia Fischer-Ortman is a psychologist who lives in Hamburg, Germany. She has worked for NGOs in Egypt, Mexico and Cameroon. In Hamburg, she has worked as a therapist with refugees for over 20 years. She also is a consultant for institutions that are working with refugees.
